Target Audience

This learning guide is designed specifically for international military students (IMS) who are attending training in the United States at Department of Defense schools or other U.S. military-sponsored training in the U.S. under Security Cooperation programs.

This video is required to be viewed by international military students as part of their in-processing activities at the schoolhouse.

The goal of this learning guide is to help international military students understand what an insider threat risk is, what behaviors to look for and who to notify if they feel an insider threat is possible. “See something, say something.”

“Insider Threat Awareness Brief for International Military Students” (IMS) is a mandatory training video that International Military Student Officers (IMSOs) should show to IMS during their in-processing activities at the schoolhouse.

The video is an .mp4 file that can be downloaded or viewed directly from this web page.

Also included are three job aids that support the training. (See Supplementary Materials below to access the files.)

The learning guide video takes 11 minutes to complete.
